Rubber Penguin is the creative home for Dan Bailey, a UK-based designer and illustrator. 

So, you have found your way to my site and are probably wondering, just who is Rubber Penguin? Or more importantly, who is Dan Bailey?

Well, I am a vastly experienced designer/illustrator with a strong vision, process and values. Over the years I have partnered with various sized creative agencies, in-house teams and spirited start-ups, giving me the opportunity to work across a variety of diverse and exciting brands. 

I am a passionate and ideas driven designer with a strong understanding of visual craft, a precise attention to detail and a seamless process. I strive to push boundaries and to create positive, impactful creative solutions which disrupt and start a conversation, always pushing my abilities and solutions, whoever the brand and whatever their scale maybe. 

My love for cartoons and animation has left a lasting impression on my work and the influences can be seen through the energy, vivid colours and personality that I incorporate.

Through my hunger and passion to learn and create I have developed an incredibly versatile and varied skillset.
